Yes, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within the first 30 days. After the 30-day mark you do not receive a refund. Instead your coverage will continue until through the month the last premium payment was made. Then let your policy will go into a grace period, and after your 60-day grace period, your policy is terminated. If you decide to cancel your policy, a Customer Care Advisor will walk you through the process in detail.
